A list of stolen articles was drawn up by the police

at the dictation of Mr. Teo's wife, but it is believed to be

incomplete, and a list, se complete as possible, will be

supplied to you in a few days.

I have the honour to request that the police officers

responsible for the gross mismanagement of and unpardonable

brutality in this affair may be severely punished and dis-

missed in disgrace, as being a source of danger instead of

protection to the community.

I further request that strict instructions may be

given to arrest the robbers and recover the articles stolen

by them, and that the articles illegally removed by the

police may be restored to Mr. Teo Yee Swee without delay.
